Uses your device location when you tap. Saves coordinates on this device and updates prayer times, weather and Qibla. Weather requests send these coordinates to the weather providers. Tap again when you travel; location is not tracked in the background.
Follows the device time zone by default. Weather location uses the selected city and latitude/longitude. If weather is unavailable, prayer times and Athan continue normally.
Tap a speaker to mute or unmute that prayer. Changes save immediately on this device. A muted prayer keeps a silent popup inside the open app. The master Athan switch must be On for audible prayers.
Muted prayers keep a visual reminder. Phone notification permission is requested when you turn Athan On.Includes two local MP3 recordings: one Fajr Athan and one regular Athan for Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha. Sunrise has no Athan. After a completed Athan, the post-Athan Du‘a is displayed for about 30 seconds. Keep the app open and the device awake for automatic Athan. Mobile browsers cannot guarantee playback when locked or in the background. Your Athan On/Off choice is preserved through updates. After a reload, use Activate sound if prompted. Late prayers older than two minutes are not replayed.
Receive prayer reminders while the screen is locked after allowing notifications. This hosting plan checks every five minutes, so reminders can arrive several minutes late. On iPhone, open Athan from its Home Screen icon. Turn Athan On above to set up notifications in the same step; choose Allow when your phone asks.

Reminders cover the next seven days. Open Athan at least weekly and after traveling to refresh them. Enabling sends this device’s push subscription and prayer schedule to insightbridgeit.com; coordinates are not included. Your phone controls alert sound, Focus and notification delivery. Muted prayers request silent visual notifications; your phone/browser determines whether silent alerts are supported. A notification does not play the full Athan automatically.
